โ Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You received a wrong product
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

- Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to our error)
- Items returned without original packaging or invoice
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

- Our team will review and confirm the return process within 24โ48 hours.
๐ Return Pickup / Shipping
- For eligible returns, we will arrange a free pickup (if available in your area).
- If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item. A small shipping refund may apply after verification.
๐ฐ Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund within 3โ7 business days via your original payment method or to your UPI/bank account (as applicable).
COD orders may require bank details for refunds.
๐ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
๐ Important Notes
- Always record a video while opening your package to support any damage/missing item claims.
- Refunds will not be processed for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
